HDR seeks a Substation Project Manager to join our national Power Delivery team. You will manage substation engineering projects from scope through closeout, coordinating with design teams and client stakeholders.

Located in the Pacific Northwest, opportunities span multiple sites; you will mentor engineers, oversee QA/QC under HDR's QMS, and help grow a strong project management group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to interact with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage substation projects from scope through closeout.
• Lead project teams including engineers, designers and staff.
• Oversee QA/QC per HDR standards and ensure quality deliverables.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support proposals and marketing.
