The Perry Group, Ltd. in the United States is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager focused on substations. You will define project scope, create schedules and budgets, and drive profitability while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will lead risk reviews, manage changes, and ensure timely invoicing and payments. Candidates should have PMP/CCM/DBIA credentials within a year and a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with budgets and approvals.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Review and process client billings and vendor invoices for timely payment.
• Monitor project risk and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and manage change via established protocols.
• Lead pre-bid meetings, bid tabulation, and monthly reports.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
