Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations expertise to lead complex projects across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include defining schedules and budgets, managing costs and profitability, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior PMs, and delivering on time with quality. Travel is 10% or less.

Qualifications

• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for ensuring profitability.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures (budgets) and gains concurrence and approval from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides or assists with the completion of work per project schedule.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares monthly reports.
