Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience to lead complex projects in the United States. You will develop project definitions, schedules, budgets, and manage costs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel is 10% or less; mentorship of junior PMs and ensuring profitable delivery are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Coordinates submittals to agencies and reviews invoices for timely payment.
• Monitors project risks and escalates as appropriate.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares monthly reports and addendums.
