The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations expertise to lead complex projects in the US. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, manage costs and profitability, and coordinate client communications with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with substations preferred.

Mansioni

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage project costs and profitability; ensure timely client billings and payments.
• Coordinate submittals to local/state/federal agencies and review field documents.
• Lead project meetings and mentor junior project managers.
• Prepare monthly reports, project closeout and lessons learned documentation.
• Oversee change management and risk escalation across projects.
