Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Substation in Raleigh, NC. You will lead engineering teams across the full project lifecycle, from proposal through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout, ensuring constructible, compliant deliverables and on-time completion.

You bring 10+ years in electric utility engineering, ABET-accredited degree, and strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills to drive safety,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering roles or management at high voltage projects.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical utility engineering and construction standards.
• Experience interpreting contracts, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from proposal through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and client teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables are complete, constructible, compliant with standards, and on schedule.
• Facilitate risk assessment, reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Promote safety, quality, and integrity within the engineering department.
