Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead complex HV substation projects from proposal through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets and standards.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will coordinate engineering, construction and client teams, manage risk, drive safety and quality, and apply innovative practices to deliver reliable, cost-efficient energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for high-voltage projects.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited university; graduate degree preferred.
• P.E. license is preferred.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage risks, ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Drive safety, quality and performance improvements across projects.
