In this full‑time role you’ll supervise store operations, oversee accounts, coach team members, manage risk, and support local marketing and community events.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily campaigns to market services and build business relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with strong customer service focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity; support coaching of staff.
• Work full-time with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
