Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Houston, TX, is seeking a bilingual Substore Manager (ASM) to support customer needs and lead store operations. You will gain hands-on leadership experience in account management, customer service, and risk handling, with growth opportunities as the brand invests in your future.

Candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of customer service experience with 3 months in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to market services and develop relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to staff to meet quality standards and safety procedures.
• Occasionally perform on-site duties such as store errands and external marketing.
• Meet performance standards via partnerships and referrals, participate in events.
• Maintain store security and cash procedures; manage vault and cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and store audits.
