Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Antonio to partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales performance. You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants, support merchandising, and help deliver an extraordinary customer experience with our services and products.

You’ll lead promotional activities, participate in off-site events, and contribute to leadership development through best-in-class training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
