CCF Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Store Manager (ASM) in McAllen, TX to lead store operations, assist customers with financial services, and drive growth across the team. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and customer-centric service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will oversee accounts, staff coaching, compliance, and performance while maintaining a strong store presence. Candidates should be bilingual, with retail supervisory experience and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to connect with customers and community.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Background check required and conducted per applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, moving up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related products.
• Conduct daily outreach to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while emphasizing customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Occasionally perform off-site duties including store errands and on-site appraisals.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and in-store/community events.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct store audits and financial reporting.
• Maintain store appearance and handle facilities maintenance as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
