Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Store Assistant Manager (ASM) at our Waco, TX location. You will help customers with financial services, manage accounts, and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or lead experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in POS with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Work outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store security protocols and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; conduct store audits and generate reports.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance, including weekends (40 hours/week).
