Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) in Flower Mound, TX. You will support customers with financial services, lead store operations, and drive risk management while developing leadership skills and advancing within the company.

The role requires a full-time, in-person presence, at least 18 years old, and prior supervisory or leadership experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Support leadership in hosting in-store and community events to drive referrals.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and laws.
