Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is essential to connect with customers and the community.

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
