Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a bilingual Submanager of Store to support store leadership and customer service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers with financial services while gaining hands-on management experience in account handling, risk management, and coaching team members.

The role emphasizes leadership development, supervision duties, and collaboration with multiple brands across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Conduct daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data accurately and securely.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Occasionally perform on-site store tasks and community events.
• Maintain store security procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
