Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Shared Services team. This role supports complex government subcontracting, ensures compliance with FAR/DCMA requirements, and collaborates with program staff to manage post-award activities.

Remote work within the United States is eligible; ideal candidates reside near Reston, VA or Beltsville, MD for occasional in-person meetings. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of subcontract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in Federal Government contracting.
• Understanding of cost accounting principles and FAR/DFAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and administer subcontracts (T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable) in line with government requirements.
• Create subcontract files compliant with FAR/DCMA requirements under an approved purchasing system.
• Advise program staff and decide subcontract management approaches.
• Review government proposals for procurement impacts and coordinate with capture team.
• Support post-award subcontract management to meet performance criteria.
