Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex, high-value federal proposals. This remote role involves working with a diverse proposal team and traveling primarily within the Washington DC area and nationwide.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with BD, capture managers, solution architects, and SMEs to develop compliant, compelling content for a range of federal agencies, including Defense and Civilian Health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Proposal Manager for federal government proposals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating with pricing, contracts, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams for complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD, capture managers, architects, SMEs, and operations to plan proposal content.
• Lead and mentor proposal team members; organize content for evaluation and scoring.
• Chair color reviews; coordinate with pricing and contracts; oversee production activities.
• Travel for proposal development and solutioning sessions as needed.
