Amentum is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full subcontract lifecycle for prime government contracts within the Engineering and Technology group. This role supports remote work and day shifts, with up to 10% travel.

The successful candidate will handle planning, RFPs, negotiations, awards, and closeouts, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, audit-ready files, and timely invoicing. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in subcontracting or procurement.
FAR/DFARS knowledge required.
Experience managing subcontract documentation and file maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lifecycle management of subcontracts (CPFF, T&M, FFP) per FAR/DFARS.
Maintain audit-ready files and timekeeping/invoicing systems (Deltek Costpoint, AMRO, SharePoint).
Draft and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and modifications with flowdowns.
Issue RFPs and evaluate supplier proposals for SOW compliance.
Monitor funding ceilings, burn rates, and coordinate invoicing.
Engage stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure contract execution.
