Job summary

ASRC Federal is a government contractor delivering space, public health and defense programs. The Subcontracts Administrator will support the Shared Services team, with remote work eligible within the United States and occasional in-person meetings near Reston, VA or Beltsville, MD.

The role focuses on managing complex subcontract requirements for government proposals and awarded programs, ensuring compliance with policies under an approved purchasing system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in Federal Government contracting.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles including direct and indirect cost components.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and administer T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee subcontracts in compliance with FAR/DCMA.
• Create subcontract files compliant with public laws and requirements under an approved purchasing system.
• Advise program staff on subcontract management approaches and decisions.
• Review government proposals for procurement impacts in collaboration with capture team.
• Ensure compliance with Small Business Subcontracting Plans and Small Business Participation Plans.
• Support post-award subcontract management and track performance criteria.
