Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support federal programs within the Engineered Solutions - Security and Sustainment BU. This remote role is preferred for candidates located in Northern Virginia.

You will manage procurement, proposals, contract negotiations, and closeout, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business and 3+ years of experience, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field) is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational and workflow skills and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize to ensure seamless execution of subcontract activities.
• Prepare and verify Request for Proposal packages and data.
• Evaluate subcontractors' proposals, negotiate terms, and issue contracts.
• Prepare subcontract documents and flowdown requirements from prime contracts.
• Maintain and update subcontract files and payment records.
• Perform subcontract closeout actions and archival of files.
• Provide guidance to junior Subcontract Administrators as needed.
• Serve as liaison between subcontractor personnel.
