ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex federal proposals with a collaborative cross-functional team. You will direct content development, ensure compliance, and drive winning strategies for Defense, Space, Civilian, Health, and Logistics opportunities.

The role is remote with travel across the US, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of big-wins. SharePoint, Shipley Process expertise, and APMP-style training are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Proposal Manager for federal government proposals.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for proposal management.
• Experience leading and winning large, complex proposals (HTRO/scorecard).
• Understanding of SharePoint, Shipley Process, and industry best practices.
• Willingness to travel for proposal development sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams for complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with business development, capture managers, and SMEs to craft compliant proposals.
• Participate in solution development sessions and mentor team members.
• Chair color reviews, coordinate with pricing/contracts, and oversee production.
• Coach writers and manage proposal content for clear evaluation.
