You will ensure adherence to prevailing wage rules, contract provisions, and federal regulations while coordinating with project managers, payroll staff, subcontractors, and agencies. Qualifications

• 2+ years of certified payroll or construction compliance experience.
• Experience with payroll, accounting, or federal contract administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review certified payroll reports for accuracy on applicable projects.
• Monitor Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements.
• Review wage determinations and labor classifications.
• Verify classifications, wages, fringe benefits, deductions and hours for compliance.
• Coordinate payroll corrections and maintain audit-ready records.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from agencies, managers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractor compliance from onboarding to project completion.
• Maintain compliance trackers and communicate outstanding items to team.
• Verify required insurance and other documents before work begins.
• Monitor expiration dates for licenses and registrations.
• Communicate deficiencies and obtain required documentation.
