Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager within the Midland organization to lead a team of developing Loan Administrators in Sub-Servicing Administration.

You will oversee payment processing, monitoring group inboxes, quarterly reporting, and coordinating with external Primary Servicers, acting as a liaison with internal departments. The role may enable remote work in select locations with approval, and some in-office participation could be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leadership and coaching within large teams.
• Experience in process improvement and risk management.
• Ability to develop SOPs and influence policy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plan and communicate strategy to the operations team across sites.
• Lead and coach supervisors and individual contributors to achieve business results.
• Escalate issues, resolve exceptions, and reconcile transactions per policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to service partners and customers, drive process improvements, and participate in projects.
• Review transactions and reports to monitor quality, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk.
