Job summary

PNC is hiring a Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland team. You will support the day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

You will analyze complex loan documents to apply terms in servicing activities, resolve issues with internal/external partners, and assist with onboarding and tax/insurance tasks. This role may involve remote work in select locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience to start in loan servicing.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience in lending or CRE servicing.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency).
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activity.
• Resolve non-compliant issues via written and verbal communications with internal and external parties.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding of new loans.
• Assist in tax and insurance administration and potential collections on delinquencies.
• Prepare periodic reporting including investor, internal and regulatory reports.
