Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Analyst to join the Midland organization. The role focuses on servicing commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans, while ensuring compliance with loan documents and internal policies.

You will analyze complex loan agreements, manage payments, escrows, and reporting, and support onboarding of new loans as well as transitions of paid-off loans. You will work closely with internal and external parties to resolve issues, perform covenant

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to interpret complex loan agreements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
• Experience with loan documentation and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency).
• Analyze and interpret loan agreements to apply terms in loan servicing activities.
• Review/process loan payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements; prepare periodic reporting.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding of new loans and transitions.
• Perform covenant compliance testing and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
