Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager within its CMBS Servicing team. You will lead a developing Loan Administrators group, handling borrower requests, file maintenance, site monitoring and complex funds/ACH activities.

The role may allow remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed. The position emphasizes people leadership, risk management, and process improvement, reporting to the Midland organization within PNC.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Operations or production environment experience; 2+ years managerial experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams and manage cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operations strategy; manage multi-site functions and teams.
• Escalate and resolve complex process issues; oversee end-to-end processes.
• Coach and develop staff; lead meetings and translate strategy into plans.
• Consult with service partners and customers; drive policy improvements.
• Oversee risk controls; monitor quality and ensure resiliency initiatives.
