Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst for its Midland area SFR Servicing Team. You will act as the primary loan administrator for balance sheet and CMBS loans, handling servicing needs, complex transactions, and collections with a focus on accuracy and client service.

The role requires research into loan documents, attention to detail, and strong time management to handle multiple requests. Remote work may be possible in select locations with approval, and some in-office participation

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Experience with complex loan servicing and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Strong communication and research skills for loan documents and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex loan servicing transactions and collections for a portfolio of CRE loans.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and support risk mitigation efforts.
• Maintain accurate servicing records and support onboarding of new loans or transitions.
• Perform covenant testing and assist in periodic investor and regulatory reporting.
