Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes operating plan and communicates strategic direction to the team across sites.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving business results; resolves escalations.
• Provides coaching and development to team members and leads staff meetings.
• Advises service partners and customers; identifies process improvements and SOPs.
• Reviews transactions and reports to identify exceptions and ensures risk mitigation.
