Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior to join the Midland SFR Servicing Team.

You will serve as the primary point of contact and loan administrator for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to research loan documents to determine the best course of action for Midland and the borrower.

Qualifications

• Analytical and client-focused loan servicing for CRE loans.
• Ability to interpret complex loan documents and apply loan terms.
• Maintains servicing records in the system and complies with policies and regulations.
• Researches loan documents to determine best course of action for Midland and borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialty product knowledge to servicing a portfolio of CRE loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency).
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Ensure compliant processing of transactions, reporting, and covenant testing.
• Maintain accurate servicing records and support onboarding of new loans or transfers.
