Studs in Nashville, TN is seeking a Studio Supervisor on a part-time basis to join our frontline leadership. This non-managerial role opens and closes the Studio, supports floor leadership, and ensures a consistent customer and brand experience.

You will model our values, reinforce service standards, and drive operational execution during peak periods while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift 20 lbs.
• Professional, reliable, and able to follow safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures procedures are completed.
• Supports daily visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to balance sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety, health, and brand standards in all operations.
