Job summary

Studs in Madison, WI seeks a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. This full-time role opens and closes the Studio, leads floor activities, and ensures a consistent Studs experience for customers.

You will help with visual merchandising, restocks, and daily business reviews, while modeling our values and providing team guidance. Prior keyholder experience is required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to lead by example.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio, lead a floor during shifts.
• Support visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Deliver a consistent Studs customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Provide real-time feedback to teammates and model professionalism.
