Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor (Part Time) in Nashville, TN. You will open/close the Studio, lead floor operations, and ensure a consistent customer and brand experience. This is a non-managerial role emphasizing maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.

You will help with visual merchandising, restocks, and daily operations while delivering exceptional service and upholding safety and brand standards. Availability includes Saturdays and Sundays, with up to 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Reliable attendance up to 29 hours per week, per local laws and accommodations.
• Proven professionalism, reliability and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards including piercing and Studio cleanliness.
