Job summary

Studs is hiring a Studio Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. This part-time role supports studio operations, acts as a trusted keyholder, and leads on the floor to deliver a consistent Studs experience for customers.

You will open/close the studio, assist with visual merchandising, and help drive sales while upholding safety and brand standards. The position requires independence, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Capable of handling chemicals safely and following safety protocols.
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability and good judgment.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently with accurate procedures.
• Lead floor operations during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Support visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate the Studs experience.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming customer journey aligned with service standards.
• Model company values and provide real-time feedback to teammates.
