Job summary

Studs, Inc. is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor for our Newbury Street studio in Boston. The role focuses on opening and closing the studio, guiding floor leadership during peak periods, and ensuring a consistent customer and brand experience.

You will help drive sales and service standards, model our values, and support daily operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the studio. This non-managerial position requires maturity, ownership, and excellent judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support daily visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Review daily business and help implement strategies to drive results.
• Act as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations.
