Job summary

Studs in New Orleans is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily studio operations, open/close procedures, and lead the floor with professionalism and brand standards. This non-managerial role requires reliability, judgment, and the ability to work independently while delivering a consistent customer experience.

You'll help with visual merchandising, floor coverage during peak hours, and maintaining safety and service quality, all while modeling Studs values and contributing to a friendly,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety, health, and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently.
• Support daily execution of visual merchandising and restocks.
