Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor on the Upper East Side to support daily Studio operations, open/close the space, and lead on-floor during peak periods. This non-managerial role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and brand-aligned service.

You will help maintain safety and merchandising standards, deliver a warm Studs experience, and collaborate with the Studio Manager. This part-time position offers competitive hourly pay and an inclusive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for up to 29 hours per week.
• Professional, reliable, and strong judgment in customer-facing roles.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Capable of handling chemicals safely and following health and safety protocols.
• Willing to lead floor when needed and model Studs values.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as a floor leader during shifts to achieve sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations.
