Job summary

Studs in Boston is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. The hourly rate is $18.50, and the role involves opening/closing, floor leadership, and ensuring a consistent Studs customer and brand experience.

The position is full-time, schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role.
• Flexible schedule up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, stock restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and Studio cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed.
• Ensures a warm, welcoming, and consistent customer journey aligned with service expectations.
