Job summary

Studs in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor (Hourly $20.50) to join our frontline team. This non-managerial but leadership-minded role focuses on opening/closing the Studio, floor leadership during shifts, and delivering a consistent Studs experience.

You will model our service standards, support merchandising and stock, ensure safety compliance, and provide real-time feedback to teammates while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Prior keyholder or shift lead experience with independent operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
• Reliable attendance up to 29 hours/week; able to stand 8+ hours and lift 20 lbs.
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability and sound judgment in customer-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and follows opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily operations and helps implement sales strategies.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and guides the Studs experience.
• Provides real-time feedback to teammates and models company values.
