You'll drive retail excellence, coach teammates, and model a collaborative, customer-first culture while maintaining flexibility for a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a keyholder or floor supervisor.
• Able to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proven reliability, judgment, and customer-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently with correct procedures.
• Lead floor operations to meet sales and service goals.
• Uphold safety, brand standards, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and educate on Studs.
