Job summary

Studs in Madison, WI is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily operations, act as a keyholder, and uphold the Studs experience. This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.

You will open and close the Studio, assist floor leadership during peak periods, maintain safety and brand standards, and foster a warm, consistent customer journey aligned with our service expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role that included independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained.
• Delivers warm, consistent customer experiences and educates on the Studs experience.
