Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Boston, MA, a non-managerial role that acts as a trusted floor leader. You will open/close the Studio, guide floor operations, and uphold Studs service standards, while supporting visual merchandising and stock management.

The position is part-time, pays $18.50 hourly, and reports to the Studio Manager. You’ll contribute to a warm, safe customer journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven reliability and professional conduct in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Leads floor operations during shifts, balancing sales and service goals.
• Supports merchandising, restocks and Studio upkeep for visual standards.
• Ensures safety, brand standards and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Delivers warm, helpful service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
