Job summary

EY is looking for a Salesforce and AI-enabled transformation architect within Studio+. You will be embedded with client teams across Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation to drive measurable business value.

You’ll lead design and governance across multi-cloud environments, guide AI-enabled solution development, and mentor diverse teams while focusing on adoption, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+.
• 3+ years leading analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years Salesforce solution/architect experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs & integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments and related enterprise systems.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, security, and delivery feasibility.
• Design agentic and AI-assisted solutions: prompt strategy, data grounding, human-in-the-loop controls, testing, and adoption planning.
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud/Data 360 to deliver practical, productive solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, governance, and quality checkpoints.
• Lead/pre-sales activities: shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, delivery plans, staffing, executive storytelling.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to produce client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, delivery quality, and long-term scalability.
