Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce and AI-enabled transformation lead to shape client outcomes across multi-cloud environments. You will embed with client teams, guiding architecture across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and related systems while driving adoption, governance, and value realization.

You will work with EY leadership to track value, scale solutions, and deliver measurable business impact in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year)
• 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience
• 3+ years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants
• 2+ years Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users and teams
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement and governance
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy and data grounding
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, APIs and data sources
• Establish design standards, governance, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery
• Lead pre-sales activities: solution shaping, RFPs, statements of work
• Identify and mitigate risks across business processes, data, security and adoption
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers and architects
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and adoption
