Job summary

You will embed with client teams to lead business and technology conversations that drive measurable value, guide multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, and craft adoption-focused roadmaps with governance and security at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience on large teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution/architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Design AI-assisted solutions with prompt strategy, data grounding, and governance.
• Guide use of Salesforce tools to create practical solutions that improve productivity and outcomes.
• Establish standards, governance, and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution shaping, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality results.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and scalability.
