Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce and AI transformation lead to join Studio+. You will embed with client teams to reimagine customer, employee, and operations experiences using Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and automation.

You will guide architecture, governance, and adoption to deliver measurable value. You will establish roadmaps, drive AI-enabled designs, and support pre-sales with executives while coaching teams across analysts, developers, and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6+ years Salesforce experience with teams of five or more.
• 3+ years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years Salesforce solution/architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and integrations.
• Certifications or equivalent Salesforce credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Design AI-assisted solutions with governance, testing, and adoption plans.
• Guide use of Salesforce tools to create practical, productive solutions.
• Establish standards and governance for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, security, and change management.
• Coach teams to deliver high-quality, client-ready recommendations.
• Track value realization and long-term scalability with EY leadership.
