Job summary

EY is looking for a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to lead design and delivery across multi‑cloud Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy with data, integration, AI enablement, and governance to deliver measurable client value.

You will mentor teams, shape solution directions, and guide pre‑sales activities while ensuring governance and security considerations are embedded. This role offers a hybrid client‑facing environment with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• 3+ years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years Salesforce solution/architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, API integrations).
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, security, and delivery feasibility.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with governance, prompt strategy, data grounding, and adoption plans.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver client-ready recommendations.
