Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce- and AI-enabled transformation leader to drive complex enterprise solutions across multi-cloud environments. You will embed with client teams, shape architecture, and deliver measurable business value through governance, adoption, and scalable design.

You will guide initiatives across Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and related systems, leading teams of analysts, developers, and architects to high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4-6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executives and delivery teams to define outcomes, user journeys, and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, etc.).
• Define target-state solution roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, security, and data readiness.
• Design AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy, trusted data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams in using Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and related enterprise systems.
• Establish design standards, architecture decisions, reusable patterns, and governance for Salesforce delivery.
• Lead or support pre-sales activities including RFPs, statements of work, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks in processes, technology, data, security, and change management.
