Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce & AI-enabled transformation leader to join Studio+ in the US. You will embed with client teams, guiding architecture across multi-cloud environments and shaping outcomes with AI-driven approaches.

You'll lead design sessions, manage delivery, and coach diverse teams of analysts, developers, and architects to create measurable value for clients while navigating governance and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, user adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, integration complexity, security, privacy.
• Lead the design of agentic and AI-assisted solutions, including use case qualification, prompt strategy, and governance.
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360, and related systems.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints.
• Lead or support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process design, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, developers, seniors, and architects to deliver client-ready deliverables.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
