Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more, including hands‑on configuration, customization, or architecture responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations, or equivalent Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent credentials and demonstrated platform proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business‑led discovery and design sessions with executive sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams to define outcomes and measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack).
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing business value, user adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Lead design of AI‑assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, trusted data grounding, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Guide teams in using Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360, and related sources to deliver practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, governance, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre‑sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process design, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, responsible AI, and change management.
• Coach and guide analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to produce high‑quality client‑ready deliverables.
• Partner with client and EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, and long‑term scalability of implementations.
