Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4-6+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, etc.).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, governance, and data readiness.
• Lead design of AI-enabled solutions including prompt strategy and data grounding.
• Guide use of Salesforce tools and enterprise knowledge sources to create practical, high-impact solutions.
• Establish design standards, governance, and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities: solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, tech, data, security, privacy, and adoption.
